REFUNDS and RETURNS
http://nakedpressedjuiceco.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of http://nakedpressedjuiceco.com.au. As a perishable good, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on purchases unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
If an item has arrived faulty and needs to be returned, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
We are not liable for any loss of goods made by our couriers. In the off chance your product doesn't arrive, it may have been returned back to us if you entered the wrong details.
If the product is purchased via online and the product is spoilt, Naked Pressed Juice Co takes no responsibility in refunding or replacing the spoilt product. The customer accepts the responsibility when purchasing the product that the Naked Pressed Juice Co products are fragile and must be refrigerated after the product has been delivered.
In the event that the consumer changes their mind about a product they have ordered online, Naked Pressed Juice Co will not provide a refund or replacement for the order.

Payment for your order will be made on our online shop using the secure credit card payment portal hosted by Shopify. Once your payment has been received by us, Shopify will send you an email with confirmation of your payment. All credit card transactions are processed in Australia. Payments must be received in full before any order can be dispatched to you
